This Tasting Australia event will be led by the head chefs of Sean’s Kitchen and Mayura Station: John Rankin and Scott de Bruin. You’ll begin with the masterclass. Discover more about the wagyu cattle Mayura first imported in 1997, the carefully managed paddocks and the station’s dedication to breeding superior stock. Explore the nuances between each of the brand’s three wagyu labels, and see how to create exceptional results when on the pans at home.
A four-course meal will follow, with Rankin and de Bruin to deliver wagyu in the most delicious of ways. A selection of Wangolina wines will be served with each course, showcasing the very best that the Limestone Coast has to offer.
