What better way to bring in the new year than with a five-course degustation made from South Australia’s finest produce. There’s so much to love about this specially created menu filled with seafood, succulent steak and finished off with a delicious sweet treat.

Those joining us have a choice of two different beverages packages featuring a carefully curated selection of SA wines and sparkling that have been perfectly matched to each dish.


First Course

Kingfish ceviche - jalapeno, lime, coriander, salmon caviar

Second Course

SA squid & pork belly - miso dressing, watercress, red onion chilli

Third Course

Coorong Mulloway - scallop ravioli, brown butter, capers

Fourth Course

Jack’s Creek wagyu striploin - fondant, carrot, oyster mushroom, bone marrow, jus

Fifth Course

Chocolate tart - double cream, gold leaf
