Classic Martini
Made with your choice of Belvedere Vodka or Tanqueray No. 10 Gin
Manhattan
We mix together Basil Hayden’s Bourbon Whiskey, sweet Vermouth and a dash of bitters and serve straight up with a Maraschino cherry
Tom Collins
For this classic we use Hendricks cucumber infused gin, served long with lemon and lime juice and topped up with soda
Whiskey Sour
Glenfiddich 12yo with lemon juice, bitters and a touch of egg white served over fresh ice
Don Corleone
Belvedere Pommeranzca vodka, vanilla liqueur, fresh lemon juice and apricot puree shaken with a touch of vanilla sugar and served straight up
Botanical
Muddled fresh orange shaken with gin, Aperol, passionfruit syrup, fresh lime and ruby red grapefruit juices served straight up
Grapefruit and Vanilla Daiquiri
Vanilla infused Mount Gay Eclipse rum and vanilla liqueur shaken with pink grapefruit, fresh lime juice and a touch of sugar

Vanilla vodka, Mozart white chocolate liqueur, white creme de cacao with a dash of cream, served straight up with grated dark chocolate
