Herradura Silver tequila shaken with muddled fresh chili, Cointreau, fresh lime and blood orange juice.
Vanejo
Muddled fresh cucumber and passionfruit shaken with Cuervo 1800 Anejo tequila, Pimms, lychee and vanilla liqueurs served straight up.

Mai Tai
Appleton V/X rum and Cointreau shaken with fresh lime juice and almond syrup served short over crushed ice and crowned with a rum float.

Mojito
Muddled fresh lime, mint and sugar stirred with Havana Club Blanco rum and topped with soda water.
Cococabana
Havana Club Especial rum, coconut liqueur and fresh lime topped with pineapple juice and served long.
Spiced Pineapple Daiquiri
Muddled fresh pineapple, Appleton V/X rum, fresh lime and pineapple juices and house made spiced syrup served straight up.

Muddled fresh watermelon with Absolut vodka and passionfruit syrup topped with cranberry juice and served long.
Cosmopolitan
Absolut Citron vodka and Cointreau shaken with cranberry juice and fresh lime served with a flamed orange zest.
Thai Me Up
Muddled fresh pineapple and coriander stalks with Absolut vodka and fresh lime juice topped with ginger beer.
Baghdad Iced Tea
Muddled mint, apple and lime with cucumber infused Absolut vodka and apple liqueur and rose syrup topped with Jasmine tea.

Mango and Passionfruit Collins
Beefeater gin and mango liqueur with fresh lemon juice, mango puree and fresh passionfruit charged with soda water.

Hendricks gin and blackberry liqueur with fresh lemon, vanilla sugar and house made orange and ginger syrup served straight up.
Negroni
Plymouth gin, Campari and sweet vermouth served short over ice with a large orange zest.
